I was reading an article that stated to use a microwave to quickly “zap” vegetables. And white or sweet potatoes can be baked quickly this way as well. Well, that may be all well and true, however, when you “zap” a vegetable or any sort of food in the microwave you have just depleted much if not all of the nutritional value of the food. So, if the food is garbage anyways then zap it otherwise you may want to find another way to cook it.
