Calcium is great for building ones and teeth and to help maintain bone mass. However pretty much everything that you eat is not just fortified with calcium and that just does not do the trick. I don’t care what anyone says – you need to eat foods that high in calcium like spinach for example. And you should also be having magnesium because they really go hand in hand.
